HRC to Perform Village of Caro Wastewater Treatment Plant Study February 6, 2004
HRC was recently selected by the Village of Caro, Michigan in Tuscola County to perform a study of the existing wastewater treatment plant. The plant, which was originally built in 1957 and upgraded in the mid 1980s to provide secondary treatment, has experienced a recent failure of a Rotating Biological Contactor and many other areas of the plant are showing signs of age. HRC will be providing recommendations for necessary modifications to the facility to allow the plant to continue to meet State mandated effluent requirements.
