Charter Township of Highland Selects HRC to Provide General Engineering Services

Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. was recently selected by the Charter Township of Highland to provide general engineering services. Highland Township is located in Oakland County and features agricultural land, numerous lakes and abundant state recreation areas. As the Township's engineers, HRC will provide site plan reviews, infrastructure design services, construction observation, utility studies and utility master planning. In addition, HRC will provide assistance with grant applications, permit applications and regulatory requirements. HRC will serve Highland Township from its nearby Howell office location.
As a full-service consulting engineering firm, HRC serves in this capacity for numerous municipalities throughout southeastern Michigan. HRC is particularly well suited to assist growing communities facing environmental and stormwater management concerns, traffic management issues, roadway and bridge rehabilitation, and master planning needs for the expansion of utilities and infrastructure, including water and wastewater systems.
