Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC) is the preferred consultant for Target Corporation in the state of Michigan and has completed over 35 separate store sites.  HRC has a 25 year relationship with Target and provides full engineering services that include site planning and the design of sanitary sewer, storm sewers, water mains, stormwater management, paving, parking lot lighting, primary power and any other infrastructure needs.  HRC is involved from the beginning of each project which includes site selection, site plan approval and all permits necessary for construction.
