As part of the five phase development of the new Warren Civic Center Complex, HRC designed 1.4 miles of streetscape lighting using a custom designed luminaire and pole.  The light standard was created with a direct burial precast concrete base by Sky Cast, Inc., with the aluminum pole, and a high-tech style luminaire from the Hess America Sirius series.  Banner arms were added to the light standards with back-to-back luminaires at different elevations located near the intersections.  Planter arms were added to the other light standards along the roads and parking spaces.

HRC and Sky Cast, Inc. worked together to provide a concrete pole design that would accept an aluminum shaft and also meet DTE Energy requirements.

HRC also designed temporary power and lighting during the construction phase along with the permanent roadway lighting service.
