HRC prepared a Major Streets Study for the City of South Lyon that recommended improvements to Warren and Liberty Streets.  The project included approximately 0.5 miles of residential streets.  The work involved upgrading the local utilities as well as providing new curb and gutter for the new asphalt streets.

HRC responsibilities included:

  • Topographic Survey
  • Bid Documents
  • Construction Layout
  • Construction Observation and Administration
  • Construction Testing
