The project consisted of superstructure removal and replacement with a 105', 2 span bridge and rehabilitation of existing substructure, Van Dyke north of 19 Mile Road. HRC conducted site inspections and evaluations and prepared project plans and specifications; performed construction engineering, construction layout, construction observation and contract administration.
