HRC is proud of our strong
sense of environmental stewardship. Over the last decade,
HRC has been a leader in watershed management planning and has
assisted numerous clients, spanning over 7 counties in their stormwater
endeavors. The Environmental Engineering Department is comprised
of three units: Watershed Management, Landscape Architecture,
and Engineering Services, offering a unique balance between environmental
stewardship and design, construction, and budgeting criteria,
and combining over 100 years of professional staff project experience.
The Department works in project specific cross functional teams,
established to meet the very different needs and goals associated
with each environmentally sensitive project.
