HRC Welcomes Michael Harding as New Central Florida Branch Manager

Michael D. Harding, P.E. brings a wealth of professional engineering experience to HRC's Orlando, Florida office. As HRC's new Central Florida Branch Manager, Mr. Harding will actively coordinate and manage HRC's Florida engineering projects along with expanding HRC's service offerings in Florida.
Mr. Harding has 30 years of experience in private land development projects including residential, resort and themed developments, institutional and commercial developments, trails recreation systems and pedestrian bridges. He was the project manager/engineer for the renowned ChampionsGate, Marriott Grande Vista Resort and Marriott World Center in Orlando and Tiburon Resort in Naples as well as for the Winter Garden Village at Fowler Groves, a distinct open-air shopping center with a unique stormwater detention system. Recently, he has been instrumental in assisting clients with Alternate Impact Fee Studies, resulting in considerable savings for developer clients.
Mr. Harding is proficient with municipal land development codes and regulations as well as Water Management Districts and other State and Federal agencies having jurisdiction over private development. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Kansas and the Virgin islands; a registered Land Surveyor in Kansas, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Kansas.
Mr. Harding is active in the community where he has served for over 20 years in various volunteer capacities in the Central Florida Council of Boy Scouts.
