City of Howell Infiltration and Inflow Analysis May 6, 2003
Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC) was selected by the City of Howell to conduct an Infiltration and Inflow (I/I) Analysis of the City's sanitary sewer system. Located in Livingston County, the City of Howell is a community of over 9,000 residents. The City had experienced difficulty with wet weather induced peaks in its sewer system and turned to HRC to develop solutions to these difficulties. HRC demonstrated an extensive history of experience in assisting communities with I/I problems and proposed a comprehensive plan for addressing the community's needs.
