LaCross Rejoins Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc.

Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC), a full-service consulting engineering firm celebrating 90 years of service to Michigan communities, is pleased to announce that Thomas D. LaCross, P.E., rejoins HRC as Associate after a ten-year period with Spalding, DeDecker, Associates, Inc., most recently as Vice President. Mr. LaCross originally joined HRC in 1987 and has 19 years of experience in large scale water and wastewater engineering concepts, design and construction. Mr. LaCross specializes in design and implementation of major urban infrastructure improvement projects and is knowledgeable and experienced in master storm drainage, water distribution systems, transportation improvement programs, bridges, and public presentations.
Mr. LaCross' background in major infrastructure improvement projects will further strengthen HRC's expertise and presence in these areas. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Michigan.
Mr. LaCross currently serves on several Michigan Water Environment Federation (MWEA) subcommittees and is past chair of the Collection System Committee. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is past chair of the Membership and Reception Committee. Mr. LaCross previously instructed a Construction Method and Equipment course at Macomb Community College.
HRC provides municipal, transportation, environmental, and industrial engineering services throughout southeastern Michigan in addition to servicing various national clients. HRC is headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, with offices in Detroit, Pontiac, Howell, and Mt. Clemens.
