Michigan State Police and HRC Create "Traffic Tips" Brochure

HRC's newly redesigned "Traffic Tips" brochure was created in partnership with the Michigan State Police. Focusing on "Setting Realistic Speed Limits," the brochure has been distributed by the Michigan State Police and local municipal police departments.
