Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. Appoints Stone as Watershed Department Manager

Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC), a full-service consulting engineering firm celebrating 90 years of service to Michigan communities, announces that William Stone has been appointed as Watershed Department Manager. Mr. Stone joined HRC's Watershed Department in 2002 after a 27-year tenure with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) where he was responsible for the oversight of permit applications and processing, regulatory permit development, compliance issues and water quality studies. Mr. Stone's background makes him uniquely qualified to assist municipal, industrial and private clients in assessing their stormwater management needs and developing and implementing effective stormwater management policies and practices. Mr. Stone has particular expertise in Phase II Stormwater Permitting, watershed planning, compliance assessment, grant funding, water quality studies and facilitation/negotiation.
Mr. Stone holds a bachelor's degree in Fisheries and Wildlife from Michigan State University, School of Natural Resources. He is an active member of the Michigan Water Environment Association's Watershed Committee.
In addition to providing watershed management services, HRC provides municipal, transportation, environmental, and industrial engineering services throughout southeastern Michigan, and for select national clients. HRC is headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, with offices in Detroit, Pontiac, Howell, and Mt. Clemens.
