Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. Announces Thomas Doran as New Partner

Bloomfield Hills, Michigan - Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC) announces that Thomas Doran, P.E., has been elected to the Board of Directors as a Vice-President/Partner.  According to HRC President, Mr. George Hubbell, "Tom brings a wealth of specialized engineering and project management experience.  Mr. Doran will be a key player in our long term goal to take full advantage of opportunities beyond our traditional geographic boundaries.  Mr. Doran's presence will strengthen and expand HRC's industrial and municipal service offerings.  It is fitting to note that Mr. Doran began his career here at HRC in 1977."

Mr. Doran comes to HRC after his most recent assignment assisting the Ave Maria Foundation in building a new university and 30,000-resident town in southwest Florida where he was engaged in planning, cost containment and value engineering.  He has managed domestic and international projects involving infrastructure, treatment and compliance, and the implementation of new technologies and processes for Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, Kellogg's and Pfizer, and for numerous municipalities in the Midwest.  He is the creator, and a practitioner, of quality processes recognized by public and private clients for effectiveness in promoting project success.

Mr. Doran holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and is a registered professional engineer in six states.  Mr. Doran is a former adjunct professor in the University of Detroit Mercy School of Engineering and has held leadership roles in the Engineering Society of Detroit and the Water Environment Federation.

Mr. Doran has been published in numerous forums including Consulting Engineering, Chemical Engineering, the Society of Automotive Engineers, Detroit News, Detroit Free Press, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and Washington Times.
