HRC provided Right-of-Way
Acquisition services for the reconstruction of 1.9 km of
Sashabaw Road from two lanes to a 4-lane boulevard.
The project included approximately 2 km of new 400 mm watermain,
and coordinating storm design with Independence Township's
regional detention design. (Regional system was also
designed by HRC.) In compliance with the Township's
Master Safety Path plan, safety paths were constructed the
entire length of the project. Coordinated the design
with private utility relocation that included major new
facilities for growing regional area.
