Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC) has extensive
experience in the investigation, collection of data, analysis
of data, and preparation of rehabilitation programs for water
supply and sewer systems. HRC field crews are trained and
certified to conduct several investigations, including smoke testing,
installation and operation of flow meters, confined space entry,
dye testing, and much more. Data that is collected is analyzed
thoroughly prior to development of cost-effective remediation
alternatives. HRC has successfully completed SSES studies
for MDEQ and MDOT.
